We understand that you may need to return your purchase and we ask that you firstly email us at info@twseven.co.uk to make us aware that we are expecting your return. We offer a 14 days return policy.

Please fill in the returns form and tick the appropriate box with the reason for the return, plus any comments about the purchase.

Pop the returns form in the parcel with items, you can use the same packaging your purchase arrived in. Please can you ensure that the garment is folded and returned in perfect condition. We can not accept any returns with make-up around the neckline.
